What is CaptionThreads?
CaptionThreads is a lifestyle apparel brand focused on reality, resilience, and grind. We make hoodies, tees, and other gear for people who refuse to quit.
Where are your products made?
All items are made to order and printed when you place an order. We work with professional print partners who produce and ship your gear directly to you.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: Usually 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
Shipping time (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after processing.
International: Usually 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the country.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You’ll see the final shipping cost before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship there. Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because most items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
We will replace or refund items that are:
- Defective or damaged
- Printed with an error
- Delivered as the wrong item or size compared to your order confirmation
If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem and your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible for a short window.
If you need to change your size, shipping address, or cancel, email us immediately with your order number. If production has already started, we may not be able to make changes.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart. For best results, measure a hoodie or tee you already own and compare the measurements to the chart.
If you’re between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.
How should I care for my hoodie or tee?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not dry clean
My order arrived damaged or with a print issue. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the problem
We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund if it’s our mistake.
I received the wrong size or color. What now?
If we sent the wrong item compared to your order confirmation, we’ll fix it. Send your order number and a photo of the product and label.
If the wrong size was selected when ordering, contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.
Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
We mainly focus on our own designs and collections, but we may consider bulk or collab projects. Reach out with details (quantity, deadline, and concept).
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
