Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong size, or preference changes.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

What to include

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue (and the packaging if helpful)

Resolution

After verification, we’ll provide either a free replacement (reprint) or a refund.
